Kao Soy. It’s not like I’m an expert on Kao Soy/Khao Soi but this was unlike every other I’ve had. It may be a regional variation but it seemed to have far more curry powder in it than in the versions I’m familiar with. Other than that taste-memory disappointment it was fine.
