On the menu this would have been the last of the savoury courses but again we got it out of order to start the “BBQ” section. Anyway, this was perhaps my favourite plate of the night: smoked short ribs over grits with corn salad etc.. Everything was perfectly cooked (especially the grits) and everything went perfectly together.
