Very good summer sausage and rullepølse (this is a stuffed, rolled, boiled, cooled and sliced beef thingy). The orange’ish cheese is the Gjetost, very close to fudge. Also visible in the back is the lefse, a rather excellent think pancake that made me think “sweet rumali rotis”.
