This is apparently one of their signature dishes, covered in mound of crispy fried onion and some flakes of garlic. We got it in lieu of the boys’ usual chicken satay and they liked it a lot. We weren’t quite as moved by it even though we ate it with the accompanying hot and sweet sauce. Also served with sticky rice.
