Tasty Congee: BBQ Pork Buns

Well, the proper name is “Steamed Honey Glazed BBQ Pork Buns with Saucy Filling”. This is another dish I don’t order anymore at most places in the US as you usually get a dry shell with a cloying interior. But as with the beef balls I wanted to see what it was like here and, again, it was very good. But not any better than the best versions in the SGV probably.
