    • Hi Robin: I just used it up by adding glugs of it directly to salads or to olive oil to mop up with bread. The only advice I can give you is to not do what I did at the end which is to hoard it as it approached the end of the bottle so as to not finish it and then have the last bit become weird looking as more and more and more and more and more time went by.
