I  can tell you what it’s not: other than the four dishes listed above it’s also not the terrine (duh) or the “Grilled Ox Heart, Spinach and Mustard”. This leaves the “Cucumber, Butterhead and Lovage” and the “Cold Roast Lamb, Green Beans and Anchovy”. However, the meaty bit in the picture (which I did not taste) does not look like either cold roast lamb or anchovy. I suppose it’s possible that this was a salad recommended to my friend from the bar menu (though I’m not sure if they serve the bar menu in the main dining room).
