Does anyone know what “style” of bbq Ted Cook’s 19th Hole is considered (North Carolina, Georgia, Texas, etc.)? I love their sauce and haven’t run across that style sauce anywhere else in MN, but I’m curious if there is a region where it’s common. Also, anyone know how to recreate it?
Hmmm…are you sure this is the actual recipe as opposed to someone’s attempt to recreate it? That site doesn’t appear to have any affiliation with the restaurant and no source is cited.

Here’s the link to the recipe. Ted Cook’s is my favorite BBQ, especially the sauce. Always order extra sauce on the side.
