Duck – Breast, Foie Gras, Orange, Turnips, Pistachio

Now this is what the missus should have got. This was excellent. The duck was perfectly grilled. The foie was perfectly seared and there was just the right amount of it. The veg. were perfectly chosen and cooked. Everything went together really well. The standout on the night for me.
