Geleshan Ma La Chicken. Another of the dishes from the menu overhaul this is not a particularly unusual dish: chicken cubes fried to a crispy, crunchy texture along with a lot of Sichuan peppercorn for the mouth-numbing (ma la) flavour. This was tasty but a little greasier than it should have been.
