This is a more modern assembly line-style counter at one of the outposts of Haldiram’s, the first major chain to take chaat upscale in the new India. Unfortunately, Haldiram’s appeal was always in its novelty rather than its flavour and I’m not a fan. Still, one eats chaat where one can and we were right next to this branch for some shopping in the Spice World Mall in Sector 25, Noida.
