Mul Naengmyun at Hodori. Hodori is a 24 hour place on Vermont/Olympic whose best days are very much behind them (though it would still be the best Korean restaurant in the Twin Cities by a country mile). It’s a little bit more dilapidated each year but we always eat there once for nostalgia’s sake (though no longer at 2 in the morning)—and in summer it’s almost always for a bowl of cold naengmyun on the way from the airport to home.
