This is not chaat but I couldn't resist. This counter, outside the Spice World Mall in Noida, is one of many in Delhi (and elsewhere in India) serving the other great and ubiquitous Indian fast food: Indian-Chinese food. This is pretty fancy--back in the day we ate greasy chowmein from broken down trucks in South Extension. Yes, the whole food truck thing started in Delhi in the 1980s and before.
