This counter, outside the Spice World Mall in Noida, is one of many in Delhi (and elsewhere in India) serving the other great and ubiquitous Indian fast food: Indian-Chinese food. This is pretty fancy–back in the day we ate greasy chowmein from broken down trucks in South Extension. Yes, the whole food truck thing started in Delhi in the 1980s and before.
