This is soondae, brought home from some specialist establishment or the other in Koreatown. Soondae is intestine stuffed with rice and miscellaneous and the rest of the stuff in the box is offal as well: heart, liver and, I want to say more intestine. Very nice with the condiments. This kind of stuff we just can’t get decent versions of in the Twin Cities.
