Szechuan Dumplings in Hot Sauce. The dumplings were being made out in front when we arrived and that may have swayed us. These were just okay—many of the dumplings fell apart while being picked up—but the sweeter sauce at the base of the bowl (below the chilli oil bath) was quite nice. It’s not the most complicated dish but the version at Grand Szechuan is much better.
