Joe Beef: Spaghetti Homard-Lobster

Now we move to the mains and oh, my god. A perfectly poached 1.5 lb lobster (and all of it) in a carbonara style sauce tossed with tarragon and perfect spaghetti. There’s not much to say: this was as close to perfection as any lobster or pasta dish I’ve ever eaten has come.
