Mohinga

This, we were told, is one of the national dishes of Burma. Rice noodles in a tangy fish soup flavoured with lime and lemongrass, this was very nice, especially with all the garnishes served on the side heaped on.

By the way, this is the mohinga in the noodles section of the menu; there’s another in the soups section. I’m not sure what relation they bear to each other.
