On the printed menu this was supposed to be course 11, served in the “Ballpark” section but we got it here. It was served with a lot of flair: the chefs paraded through the restaurant as though serving brats at a ballpark, throwing popcorn at people etc. I guess there are people who go to restaurants and wish the experience were more like eating in a ballpark. Anyway, the big problem was that the brat itself was entirely ordinary despite all the house-made condiments put on top.
