This was rather excellent and the kind of thing you might be at risk of passing over if you go to Sichuan restaurants and order only dishes that set off fireworks and fire alarms. Cabbage braised to just softening/still crunchy texture with very good sweet vinegar. Just a bit of heat from the dried chillies.
