They were out of the pork version but I can’t imagine it can be very much better than the beef. The beef is more pulverized than ground and mixed with flour and steamed. Deceptively hot in the way of the best hot dishes in any cuisine—you don’t realize your mouth is on fire till you breathe out and the heat is still not the main story.
