Mori Sushi: Desserts

These desserts were made by Chef Yoshi himself. He told us he’d started out in a kaiseki restaurant and that the first things he was allowed to make were desserts. I have to confess the charms of red bean-based desserts are a little wasted on me (though this was good) but his tofu mousse was just fantastic (think somewhere between NY cheesecake and flan in texture).
