Mori Sushi: Hokkaido Uni

Published at 800 × 600 in Mori Sushi (Los Angeles, Winter 2015-16)

Quite different was this bafun uni from Hokkaido: more intense, more iodiney. Hard to pick between the two but I think the Santa Barbara is what I would take if I could only have one more.
