The filtered juice is delicious to drink as-is with a dash of black salt and lemon, and a favourite summer drink. We all have a small glass each. In the glare of the small lamp in the night, however, it is a frothy, grey-green liquid, and not very appetizing to look at. My kids pass on the offer to try some.
