Beef Slices in Spicy, Sour Broth. This is one of the dishes that arrived with the overhaul of the menu and it’s one I like a lot. It’s pretty much as described by the name. I suspect there’s tomato as part of the souring agent along with a lot of sliced onions, and a good part of the heat comes from pickled peppers, I think. This is a dish that Grand Szechuan does not feature.
