Chocolate – Manjari mousse cake, blood orange, crème fraîche, sablé

Not tempted by the offerings of Yam or Passionfruit we opted to split three orders of the Chocolate among us. This was rather nice. We were divided over whether the cake or the crème fraîche ice-cream was the best part. A very nice way to end the meal.
