Fresh All The Way. Not the best name for a dish perhaps but this is a very nice soup/casserole with a very intense broth made from chicken and a nice mix of things in the soup: meatballs, pork and chicken on the bone, quail eggs, mushrooms, bamboo strips, herbs. I’d be happy just getting a bowl of this in the winter for a one-dish meal. No heat in this at all.
