Jajangmyun at the Koreatown Plaza. This was at the Korean-Chinese place in the basement level. Korean-Chinese is its own thing and I can’t say it’s my favourite subspecies of Chinese food (I’m not that excited about Indian-Chinese either) but the odds of our not eating jajangmyun at some point in LA are very poor as it’s one of the wife’s go-to comfort foods. Not much separates decent jajangmyun from excellent jajangmyun, in my unenlightened view, but this was pretty good, I guess.
