We couldn’t quite work out what this was in one of the tacos. We’d asked for one each of all four options which included chorizo with potatoes (which we id’d), tinga de pollo (which we id’d) and two iterations of chicharrones (prensado and verde). One of the two was clearly chicharrones but this one at first we took to be beans. Is this a version of chicharron prensado (pressed pork rinds). I guess the next time I’ll ask.
