Pasta – Tortellini, Gruyère, Carmelized Onion, Beef Broth, Crostini

This picture is of a double portion that the missus got as her entree, but as it’s in the “Second” section of the menu I am describing it here. Again, I got a good swipe at this one and I am sorry to say that while it was fine, it was somewhat boring. The missus agreed that she’d made a strategic error. It should be said that as a smaller portion between a more aggressively flavoured first and third course this might have been better appreciated.
