Crispy Sweetbreads, angel hair pasta, red miso glaze & sweet pickles. This was the pick of this round. And as it was the missus’ I managed to get more than one bite. The sweetbreads, like the fried oysters from the first course, were done perfectly, and the miso glaze was lovely.
