And finally, some tacos. The two in the middle are regular tacos with goat and lamb (which turn out to be the meat from the chivo de barbacoa and the birria). The two on the sides were the tacos al vapor, one with cachete (cow cheeks), the other with cabeza (meat from the cow’s head). All very good.
