Artist’s rendering of your reviewer pondering his 200th tasting note.

My off-season at work will end on the 16th of the month and I will have far less time in the day to devote to this blog than I’ve had in the last few months. As I have quite a few reviews already saved up there won’t be much change visible in the posting schedule this month. But starting October 1 my few regular readers should expect to see new reviews appearing at a slower pace. (Of course, Google Analytics tells me I have very, very few regular readers so this is largely moot.) In the meantime, here are the whiskies you can expect to see reviews of this month. Keep in mind that some of these were promised in August’s “Coming Soon…” post….

  1. I’m looking forward to these reviews–looks like a good mix of official bottlings and independents, including of well-known and lesser-known brands, as well as including several Japanese whiskies.
